President: Lisa Conrad
Co-Vice President: Alicia Burgess
Hi Ronald Reagan Families! I’m Alicia L. Burgess, your upcoming PTO Co-Vice President.
As a wife and mom of three children who all attended Ronald Reagan Middle School, I know firsthand how special this community is, and I am excited to give back in this new role. I truly have a heart for education and children, and I bring a positive mindset to everything I do.
For the past 19 years, I have worked in the Tax department at Verizon, where I currently serve as the Associate Director of Tax managing Regulatory Audits. I’m a double graduate of Clark Atlanta University (Go Panthers!), holding both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting.
Community is at the center of my life. I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., a Girl Scout Co-Troop Leader, and a Children and Youth Teacher at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. In my spare time, I love event planning, singing with the Ivy Notes Choral Ensemble, and chairing our annual Circle J TrailRide event. I can’t wait to use my passion for planning and community-building to support our students, teachers, and families this year!
