Thank you to all of our athletes and families for a successful 2025-26 school year of Reagan Athletics participation!
Any student who would like to participate in the 2026-27 school year must have their Arbiter profile complete prior to tryouts.
Tryouts for Fall Sports begin on Monday, August 31st, so please be sure to have your Arbiter profile completed by Friday, August 28th.
Required Online Paperwork to Participate in Sports
Please view the section below on creating an Arbiter account and follow all necessary steps. This is where students will upload completed Sports Physicals, and Concussion Education is now titled Student Athlete Education in Arbiter. Also in Arbiter are Emergency Information Forms, Helmet Acknowledgment Forms, Personal Equipment Acknowledgment Forms, and more.
Please note that in your Arbiter account COMPLETED means you have successfully created a profile, but you need to check back in to your Arbiter account to ensure that what you submitted has been APPROVED by a PWCS Athletic Trainer.
Creating/Updating an Arbiter Account
Please follow these steps:
- Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).
- You may create your account by clicking here.
- Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).
- If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at [email protected] or call us at 800-311-4060.
- Complete your pre-participation registration:
- Select the Pre-Participation for Athletics 2026-2027 program from the Reagan Middle School Registration Site.
- Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.
Sports Physicals
Below is a link the physical that is in effect as of July 1st, 2025. These completed physicals must be uploaded to your Arbiter account. Physicals previously submitted are acceptable for 14 months from the date of the physician's signature.

Process for Tryouts
On try out days, students should report to the gymnasium immediately after school. They will be checked in to ensure they have APPROVED status after completing all necessary items in their Arbiter accounts, and will then change into their athletic wear in the locker rooms. Tryouts will conclude at 4:45 and students should be picked up from the school at 5 pm. Cuts will be finalized after the third day of tryouts.
**To avoid any undue pressure or anxiety for the prospective players, tryouts will be closed to spectators. This includes parents and relatives. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this policy.**
Game Day Information
All middle school athletics events are scheduled for a 5:15 pm start, but please be patient in the event of delays due to transportation or officials. Game admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students, so we request that you bring small bills. Admission is free to senior citizens or PWCS employees with a badge. It is PWCS policy that no bags are allowed inside.
Academic Eligibility (from RRMS Student Handbook, p. 4)
A student is placed on academic probation (referred to as academic ineligible) for the duration of the next grading period if he/she receives two or more quarterly failing grades (F) for the marking period. A student on academic probation is prohibited from participation in athletics or other extracurricular activities, except to engage in academic help sessions.
**Please note this may impact 7th and 8th graders based on the 4th quarter of their previous school year.**
**Please note it is PWCS policy that students be present for at least half of the school day in order to participate in practice or games.**
