Transportation

Transportation service is provided. Bus stops will be different from regular school-year bus stops. No special bus stops will be established for individual students.

Summer program bus stop locations will be posted and communicated before the start of summer programs.

Tuition/Meals

Free! Summer School is Free for PWC Students. Students will also receive breakfast and lunch during the summer school day.

Registration

April 6 - May 22, 2025. No late registrations will be accepted. Students must qualify to attend.

Registration Steps Below:

  • log in to ParentVUE. In the top right corner, select Online Records.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen below the Online Registration Packet based on the student's grade level in the current 2025-2026 school year.

    • 2025-2026 Summer School Registration (Grades KG-08)

  • Click the "Begin Online Packet" at the bottom

  • Hit Save and Continue to advance

  • Once you come to the section titled Students, please do the following:

    • Select the Exclude button for any of your students you will not be enrolling in summer school.

    • From this same screen, select the Edit button for the student you will be enrolling.

      • Transportation - (Schedules with bus stops and routes for summer school will be available in June.)

      • Location (location shown in the dropdown is the school the student will attend for summer school)

  • Click "Save and Continue"

  • Review the application & click Submit at the bottom of the screen.

You will receive confirmation that your registration was submitted via an automated email.
