Technology at RRMS

iPads

• Each PWCS student receives an Apple iPad, case, and charger to use throughout the school year.  This device remains the property of PWCS while on loan to students. Students are responsible for the care of their device and its case. Students are also expected to use this device for school purposes only.  Students are required to return their device, case, and charger in working order when they are no longer enrolled at RRMS.
• YouTube has been blocked by PWCS on student devices.
• Minecraft has been removed from RRMS devices.
• If a student needs to replace a case, cord, or charging block, this can be paid for through Student Quick Pay.

      

 

Canvas & Grades

• Digital copies of student assignments, class presentations, and class notes can be found in Canvas.  
• Some assignments may be turned in to Canvas.  Not all assignments in Canvas count towards a student's average.
• Course averages are not based on grades that are seen in Canvas.  Report card grades are pulled from those seen in ParentVUE and StudentVUE.
• Parents may register for a Canvas Parent account to follow along with their student's Canvas account.  If you need a pairing code for your student, please email Matt Piette at [email protected] .

School Status

• PWCS and RRMS will continue to utilize School Status as our preferred communication platform.  
• Unfortunately, it is quite easy to accidentally unsubscribe.  If you have not been getting our Reagan Roundup Newsletters, it is quite possible that you have unsubscribed.  To resubscribe, send an email to [email protected] .
