Schedules

Tentative schedules have been published!  These are not finalized until the school day starts on Monday.  Please do not be surprised if changes are made between now and then.  Parents must complete the 2026-27 Back to School Packet in ParentVUE before schedules can be viewed.

Back to School Open House - Friday August 21

We will hold our annual Open House for all students and parents on Friday, August 21. We will welcome 6th grade students and parents from 12:30 – 1:30pm. We will then have a short 30-minute break to allow traffic to clear out a bit and will then host our 7th and 8th grade students and parents from 2:00 – 3:00pm.

Item Drop Off

If you need to drop something off for your student, bring the item to the main office and sign the item into an empty cubby.  Please send an email your student letting them know that item is available in the front office.  We are no longer calling into classrooms - too much loss of instructional time.  The student can stop by to retrieve the item between classes.  Food drop offs may be for your student only.  Water is always ok.  No other drinks can be brought in, including Starbucks, energy drinks, and sodas.

Attendance, Tardies, and Early Dismissal

Same day and future absences must be submitted through ParentVUE.  We are unable to mark attendance over the phone.  Excuses for past absences must be sent to [email protected] .

Tardies may be entered into the new ParentVUE app!  A parent must accompany their child in when arriving at school late.  Be sure to bring a photo ID as well as a screenshot of your ParentVUE Parent ID for both tardies and early dismissal.  The cutoff time for early dismissal is 2:30pm.  No exceptions will be made.

ParentVUE

PWCS has deployed a new version of the ParentVUE app, which can be downloaded here.  For families new to PWCS, log in information is sent from the county.  For existing families, log in information stays the same.  If you are having trouble with your password, please use the 'Forgot Password' option at the log in screen.  

EZArrival Bus App

PWCS has also deployed a new bus tracking app, which can be downloaded here.

School Status

PWCS and RRMS will continue to utilize School Status as our preferred communication platform.  Unfortunately, it is quite easy to accidentally unsubscribe.  If you have not been getting our Reagan Roundup Newsletters, it is quite possible that you have unsubscribed.  To resubscribe, send an email to [email protected] . 

Bus Pass Requests

If you wish your student to ride home with a different student, that request must be in before 930am.  Send the request via email to [email protected].  Include your student's name, the friend they are riding home with, and the bus number.

Canvas - Parent App

Parents my register for a Canvas Parent account to follow along with their student's Canvas account.  If you need a pairing code for your student, please email Matt Piette at [email protected] .

 PE Uniforms

Student safety, school pride, and consistency are important priorities at RRMS. To support these goals, we are reinstating our PE uniform expectations. PE uniforms will be available for purchase during Open House on August 21 and throughout the school year.
• Official uniform: gray T-shirt and navy shorts - Order Friday at Open House or online here!
• Students may also wear their own gray shirt with navy or black shorts.
• All students must wear appropriate athletic shoes during PE.
