Welcome to the Cross Country web page! Spring Season!!!

Hello Runners, we will be having Spring Cross Country! Tryouts are coming, students must have a  current physical and concussion training in order to participate. Please see Mr. Bukva for more information. Tuesdays will be long distance trail runs and Thursdays will be strength training. You must try out to attend Tuesday practice, all are welcome on Thursdays. You must have a new form for Spring season even if you participated in the Fall

  • Be able to run a 11 minute mile (for off campus distance runs)
  • We will take the first 35 runners for off campus runs and 50 for drill days.
  • Physical on file with the athletic director (Mr. Bukva).
  • Concussion training on file with the athletic director (Mr. Bukva).
  • Complete online information/ permission form due by 11:00 am on March 23rd.
  • Students should wear school appropriate running clothes and shoes.
  • Bring a water bottle

 

Fall Meeting Dates:

Tryouts will be 3/17 from 3:10-4:25.
Practice: 3/24, 3/26, 3/31, 4/2, 4/14,4/16, 4/21, 4/23
